Start with registration, medical screening and a briefing on breathing, equalising and communicating underwater. Your equipment is fitted and you practise essential skills in shallow, controlled water. A guided underwater experience follows only when you are comfortable and conditions are suitable.

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme has a minimum age of 10. Every participant must complete the applicable medical questionnaire before diving.
